Bisque Ceramics

Bisque Ceramic is a ceramic piece that has been fired once, and is unglazed- it is usually called the ‘first firing’ as this is the process that turns unfired clay into a hard piece of ceramic. At this stage it is very porous, and it is a great base for using acrylic paints, watercolour pencils, crayons stamping etc.

OFF THE PAGE BISQUE CERAMIC

Most of us started out in a our scrapbooking journey by creating layouts, however, im sure most of you have dabbled Beyond the page. Its a great way to use leftovers, create pieces for your home or to give as gifts to others. So i thought it might be nice to produce a range of Bisque ceramics that can be used exclusively for Off The Page projects. These ceramic pieces are larger (most are around 8cm), and thicker than the ceramics i produce for your scrapping pages, and will sell for $6 per piece.
