We have the final tally Raised for the Create to ReCreate bushfire appeal Fundraiser
$700!!!
How fantastic is that!! Once again i want to say ‘THANKYOU’ from the bottom of my heart to Kim Archer for helping me get the project happening and of course to everyone who participated and bought our PDF’s.
THANKYOU
and now for this weeks Show and Tell
we have layouts from CMC girl Vita and a guest contributor, Cindy Couacaud
here is Vitas beautiful layout, showing her daughters top ten of things she would like to have happen for her at ten! very cute, and although its a different subject, the colours, the rabbit and butterfly would look great on an Easter layout too, dont you think
Our guest this week is Cindy Couacaud. You can read all about Cindy here
Cindy was at Crop For Kids last weekend and picked up a cupcake with aqua icing, and has used it on her layout to feature her sons age . love it- the little 4 letter sticker fits perfectly!
and another layout here features a ‘love’ heart ceramic. This embellishment has become such a classic, you will always find a use for one if you keep a few in your stash!
thanks Cindy for playing along this week !!
stay tuned for some new pieces coming soon
cheers

Say Hello to
April 5, 2009 at 10:40 pm | In CMC | 7 CommentsBELINDA VENABLES
Belinda has been a long time fan and occasional guest contributor at Crafty Matters, and it gives me great pleasure to introduce her as the newest member of the team.
Belinda’s work is fresh, fun and funky, and she takes great delight in recording the everyday moments of her growing family
here is a little bit about her
Hi there. My name is Belinda Venables and I live in a small town called Barmera, which is in the Riverland region of SA. I live with my partner Mathew and our two busy little kiddos Madelin (6) and Makenzie (2.5)
My sister first introduced me to scrapbooking, just before Madelin was born and I have been addicted ever since. My main scrapping subjects are my children and I love scrapping the little things they say and do so they can look back on them in years to come (and probably be really embarrassed about each one!)
I am so excited about joining the Crafty Matters team. I love each and every one of Jane’s ceramics – they are the perfect finishing touch to every layout! Thank-you so much Jane for giving me this opportunity
youre welcome Belinda!
And if you havent already picked up on it- there is obviously something special in the waters of Barmera, as our wonderful Mardi is from the same town…….
To see more of Belindas great work- check out her blog
The Life of a Simple Scrapbooker
and a layout that has had me chuckling since Belinda first emailed it to me last year!
Some new products to show off next time i post!
cheers
