wow- it February already! that means its time to start work again!

So lets get down to business-

We found out late last year that Mardi was crowned a Scrapbooking Memories Master- way to go Miss Mardi! And a couple of her projects featured Crafty Matters ceramics (yay!!)- here is one of her layouts- love the house with the photos- topped off with a family word plaque!

…and here is some new product to start the year

1st up- EMOTICONS

These are painted on a small 1.5cm circle and retail for .50c each! (white background). if you would like a coloured background they will be $1.00 each. the faces are – smile, wink, oops and sad.

And look what the girls did with them!

From Lou- the Emoticons really capture her daughter Charlottes spirit;)

and from Katie- she has used the faces as the centre of the flowers- love how they complement the expression on Liam’s face

and here is an example of a face with a coloured background from Charmane- cute!

The other featured product this month are new bisque items

Below are some favourite shapes transformed into buttons. As with other bisque you can paint, ink, draw etc to create a unique piece. The buttons are $1 each.

These next designs are scalloped plaques- These are my faves at the moment!

The small square is approx 3cm, large square 4cm, and large circle 4cm. Prices are $1 each for the small square and $2 each for the large square and also the large circle.

And heres a couple of layouts

from Vita, a sweet layout of her family – the colours remind me of Neapolitan icecream- yum!!!!

here is a close up of the button- painted, detailed with pen and then glittered- it adds a lovely touch to the layout

and from Charm, a gorgeously bright layout using the buttons as part of one of my favourite quotes!

and finally one from me- Ive used the bisque ‘raw’, in other words, i havent done anything to them, apart from attaching them to the layout with embroidery cotton! Ive also used a large scalloped plaque to include the date !

so that finishes the 1st Show and Tell for the year- lots more to come in the following months to stay tuned for……………
